The Blackheart Engineering Killer Ant is a boutique-styled tube amp for musicians who trails in the footsteps of Blackheart Engineering’s Little Giant 5 amp. It is produced with hours of hard work, remodeled, and tested in Austin, Texas. The Killer Ant is a high-quality fractional tube amp that features Class A all-tube circuitry, a single volume control, on/off footswitch with a feather-light, yet encompasses with a large class-tube tone.

Description

The Blackheart Engineering BH1H Killer Ant gives it a type of volume that is most suited to home-studio recording, basement/garage gigs and those staying in apartments/flats. The Killer Ant is similarly designed and engineered as the Little Giant 5, for example, the head of the Killer Ant abides to strictly engineered standards as the Little Giant 5, but with specs jam-packed can be altered into a PCB (double-sided) from a 1W resistor.

This amp matches with the BH110 Killer Cab that features 10-inch Eminence driver, including a four-, eight- and 16-ohms extension speaker outputs that will pair the Ant into any cab – including a 4×12 – as desired for the musician.

The Blackheart Engineering is also a boutique-quality amp designed by PyotrBelov (a prodigy born in Russia) in Austin, Texas. Belov was the head designer at Gibson who specialized in the Epiphone Valve series and restructured the GA series amps.

Description

The Blackheart Engineering BH15H Handsome Devil Amp is available in head and combo versions which include 15-watts power output, Class-A circuitry the brings out the golden era of tube amplifiers. The installation of pentode and triode (power output that reduces to seven watts) modes with flip switches, two 12AX7 preamp and two EL84 power amp tubes, solid-state rectifier, drive, level, and presence “chicken head” control knobs and 3-band EQ. The head version comes with one 16 ohms, two 8 ohms and two 4 ohms cabinet outputs and the combo version include a 12-inch eminence driver speaker.
